New Moderator for C&C: Generals

Yes, indeed as you read upon the title there is a new Moderator in town.

He comes like the wind, and never lives without helping someone. On MPC he's known as Syphon, but I needn't speak.. his actions as a helper here speak louder than my words.

I hope to see him progress here as the new Mod and I hope you all like to work with him.
