Anyone already tried his/her luck with "hacking" Metin2 ?
The game is pretty new as for what i know and at least currently free ... but i heard it will only be free up to level 15 or someting.

is packed with ASProtect 1.23 RC4 - 1.3.08.24 so i unpack it and made some JMP and code cave.(im playing spanish server).

Dont know if they use same client but u can try my hacked client.

The admin is gay so this game deserves to go down the shit drain.

Don't know if this will help anyone but here is a list of GM commands.

ok, the US Version has been released as closed beta. in 1 month it goes full. maybe this speed fix could be implemented without change? i'm sure the US client will remain the same other than server connects. any news on further "fixes" or hacks?

It has a simple but effective hack detection.

They send the process name (so if you renamed it unpacked to "_metin2.bin" they will see this) and something else if you made changes to the file or code..

The level command is /level *Up or Down*

Easy to do but only the admin could do it and GM's only had access to about 4 commands that couldn't do anything.

We never had access to the /level command I just figured it out lol

thoes are the GM commands, not a hack or open commands to regular players. They only work if your a GM but I released them cause I got screwed over when I was a GM. I got fired and my friend got hired, they banned me once I asked why I was fired.

The download of Metin2-ES-By-Leisures.rar works very well here, if I was you then I'd rather describe what problem I got with that than asking for someone to upload it to RapidShare and then also send you the link via email - no one is gonna bother doing that.
