need help with openkore

Hi, i can’t seem to connect to my master server could u help me out? All it saying is "couldn't connect: unknown error timeout on the master server, reconnecting" and then repeats. I also been thought the Guide to figuring out server information which lead me to this problem.

Did i do something wrong or would it have said if i did?
