all my cem files and the cem files i try to download..
are turned into notepad form.. does it matter if they are notepad? and if it is an issue how do i fix it?

have you tried used them? Or why did you posted if you havent tested if they work... Go test them.

the thing is..the cem file HAS to have extension .CEM on the end, also you have no need to open them. if you can open them with notepad, doesn't mater!
