Decrypt .erl files

i need a program that can decrypt the .erl files of GG. I already did a search, and I found one, but I could not figure out how to use it.

With that particular erl decrypter you need to either drag and drop the erl file over the program icon or you need to open the command prompt and drag the program icon into the window and then press space and then drag the erl file icon into the window. The first way is a lot easier.
