Hi,
I am banned from VAC server since the last summer (for 1 year so). Do you think that I can be forgiven as i've been banned 1 year by contacting valve ? Is there a way to be unbanned ?

The 1 year ban policy is no-longer in effect and all bans are permanent.

Your account will never be unbanned, you've got to get a new one.
