Gr2D_DX8: Direct8.1 not found
That cames if I run any maple (EMS,GMS,MSEA).

Before i tried windowed mode(sticky topic).

So, how to fix?..

well if it says direct8.1 not found, you'd think that you'd need to download and install the latest direct x 8 drivers, thats what the DX8 stands for

MS worked before dat i tried windowed. Uhh. Wierd

I downloaded dx 8.1 (http://download.microsoft.com/download/win2000pro/Update/8.1/NT5/EN-US/DX81NTeng.exe). Reinstalled maple, it still says it cant be found?.. Wtf?

Because your using dxwind maybe its your settings? I posted a dx tut in this thread (not my work) and you should be able to compare your settings in that. Link (http://www.mpcforum.com/showthread.php?t=201061)

Umm, i downloaded dx9, but where i install it? I tried c:/program files/directx/ not working.. Ehh.

Just install it, and it will remplace. The DirectX 9 works of course, it's a better/updated version.

btw, make sure that you're using the correct settings for DXWnd. And before running in Windowed Mode, try running normal, and then post.

it still got error dr2d_dx8 after install the directx9
same problem here
i'm playing jms and msea
