How to crack statistics?

Those are held on EA's servers - so cannot be done legally.

Only other ways have been some game servers have edited files which give high points. However, when found out all those stats are wiped away.

And there is a program for editing statistics?
Statistics it is stored on the server instead of on gamespy

There is no program like that.
Even if you manage to hack your stats, EA will reset you in 1-2 days.

Надаже хоть кто-то из россии кстати эти уроды меня не скинут потому что они не следят за другими ранговыми серверами и доступа у них нету к ним
