PB Help.

Hi i just bought RTCW yesterday and just recently updated to 1.4. I have been having problems with PB ever since. When i join a server it lets me in for about 2 mins, then gives me an error message saying . "Kicked for 0 mins : PB cant open pbag". I dont have any cheats currently installed and runiing Windows XP. I downloaded a supposedly "FULL" version of 1.4 so i am not sure if that is the problem, other servers work that arent PB enabled.

However for a direct answer here it is from the FAQ Section:

I keep getting kicked off of servers and I see messages about technical errors pbcl.dll or pbag.dll, or messages about DISTRESS or Update timeout ... what is wrong?

These problems are almost always caused when your PunkBuster can't keep itself updated for some reason. Sometimes they are caused when the server you are trying to play on is running an old version of PunkBuster. If this problem happens only on one or a few PB Servers, then the cause is likely that those servers are outdated; in that case, you should avoid those servers. If this happens to you on every server you try to play on, then please click here (http://216.127.68.45/index.php?page=updatepb.php) for help on getting your PunkBuster updated.
