Every time i try to start maplestory "Possible Hacking Threat is detected" comes up. This happens with or without hacks. I restarted my computer, reinstalled mapleSEA and nothing works. Any help is appreciated

the possible problem could be that your system starts up with program running applications that meddles with MSEA game. check your msconfig or windows start up programs.

alternatively, reinstall your PC!!!!

He has already resinstalled it you arse.

I think you may have some programs which may be interrupting your startup of MapleStory. You may want to disable them by using the System Configuration Utility.

Also try deleting your Abyss and restoring your hosts file if that doesn't work.

For me, i just uninstall maple and delete the wizet folder. Then i go to regedit and delete the registry of buffy( the CE i am using) and WIZET.

Then reinstall and it works

This is probably a problem caused by your anti-virus. (probably Panda, huh;).) What you need to do is turn off the AntiVirus when you want to play maple, or place maple at the exceptions-list. If you are indeed having Panda Antivirus, I can help you in a very specific way; I've had this problem myself. If you need that help, PM me.

The host file is messed up or you just have to reinstall.

I oso have the same problem with this guy. I Did not have any hack on my computer. The Host file i have edit back to the same. But once i login into the game and walk around and i got this Possible Hacking Threat Detected, and i try Reinstall n delete the folder of wizet n install again and i get the same result oso. I oso try turn off my anti-virus and still the same. Some1 mind telling mi wat to do abt it ? Thx
