Lately, i've decided to quit MapleGlobal and move onto MapleSEA. I recently understoof that eBorder is the IP bypass people have been using currently.

As told by Vener. I downloaded it. And clicked install. But i get a Part where it ask for my Name/License/Company. What do i do? I googled it. And got no help.

That IP tunneling methods does not works anymore. Maybe you want to play JMS there is a working one.
