2: I wonder how people Rcon hack?
Because now aimbotters can ban people in a server thats not theirs.really annoying.

my first thought was a computer hacking program that they use,but I could be wrong though.

Lag will make ain aimbot less active if the aimbotter is the one experiencing the lag. As far as I know, there is not a way to assign lag or send lag to a client. The lag must be experienced because of a poor connection or misconfigured game settings.

Rcon hack? Not really allowed to be discussed on this site. I have never seen a program that does such a thing. Perhaps these people are getting passwords from poorly secured clan websites instead of brute-forcing the game server.

Is it true that if someones lagging in the server your at, their lag can cause you to lag?
Or is it always the video lag and Internet Connection?

If another client is lagging, it should not affect you at all. If a person is running a non-dedicated server and playing / lagging (he's obviously the host), then you will lag.

Internet connection is the only thing that will cause real lag. Some people refer to slow system performance as lag, but they are not the same.

They could use bruteforce, a program that just randomly guesses passwords. It can be setup for CoD.
