Well, yesterday I tested for an anti-DC protection. And it seems that anti-DC is not possible. But I wanna confirm that with you.
I read here that DC is caused by great amount of animations, which game client can't handle. But it seems otherwise. I attacked my char with 400 hit packets, but PC with char being attacked neither got these 400 hit packets, nor "dmg on screen" packets. The only packet from server that PC got was reset connection packet - so it seems that game server just resets connection and there's nothing you can do about it.
I also tested it other way. In my proxy, I cut out all incoming hit packets, dmg on screen packets and life update packets. So I stopped seeing any effect of simple attacks. And then I sent 400 hit packets from other PC. Result was the same - immediate DC of char being attacked.
So it seems that MU game server really sucks. It disconnects victim but not cheater. Can you pls confirm or deny my conclusions? Ty :)
