Need help with GG eror

i dl the 3 dlls files,
DAengine
plus i ve got CT and CEM ..
when ever im clicking at the virus.exe file , it shows me this window with the dos window

whats the prob ? i tried like 20 times to run it , rebooted my pc and stuff but still same prob.

why no one is helping ?

Have a look in in Tech Support for MS.
