sv_cheats memory editing

I've read some stuff about vac2 on this forum, but didn't find the answer, so...
When i start css, and change the adres on sv_cheats to 1 and force it to stay that way. Can i get vac2 detected and banned?

Yes you can. And i think its easier to detect you cuz your editing the memory of the game.
