D/c at char select

My patch didnt work and i needed to reinstal maple and now i get dc at char select, and i dunno what the problem is.

windows/system32/drivers/etc is the location

Make sure Dhttpd is not running get the default host files from microsoft. restart you PC and make sure no anti-virus or security software is running. Internet is connected
