I hope it is ok for the admins that I post this here.
This is NOT my release, so I can't give any advise or Troubleshooting tips. I've just tested it myself and it is working.
Install: Just make a new folder with the name "tf_german" in your tem fortress 2 folder, which is located her: ...\steamapps\username\team fortress 2\
And place all the files in there.
It should look like this then:
...\steamapps\username\team fortress 2\tf_german
After that, set you steam language to "german" otherwise it doesn't read the proper materials.
Now you should have a materials, a particles and a models folder in your tf_german folder.
Note: I could not upload the tf_german folder with the files at once, it was a little to big.

This is kinda illegal.. but GJ to whoever made it, I could of sworn it worked differently (well at least other games anyway).

Well, just kind of illegal, it is still only a material change, which is officially allowed by valve. So Valve can't get anyone for using that.

No, but the german government can.

the german gouverment sucks and they know it...
and thats the reason I'm using that.
The Cut version is rated 18+
Same for the Uncut, why cut it then?!?!

Does this make more blood for the USA version? or is it the defaults amount and makes the German version have more amount.

I think so, yes.
But I believe that the German version has either green or no blood at all. :x

In the german version the blood is supposed to be brown, and it is not supposed to be blood, it is supposed to be oil. There is no gore, instead of arms, legs and heads, there is all kind of crappy stuff flying around, like cans, metal, bottles and stuff.

yeah its pretty hilarious!
you also have toys that are flying around. kinda wierd though.
its pretty funny
you can download skins for some classes to have those toys appearing instead of blood and gore
germans try to change the toys and get the cans lose and others try to have the toys

Yes, you can. But i canīt guarantee that it works for english but i do believe so and otherwise you can try using the native language (if itīs made for tf2 yet) and no, i donīt believe they have African yet.
1. Download the .rar files in the beginning of the thread.
2. Create a folder under "|STEAMFOLDER|\steamapps\|ACCOUNTNAME|\Team Fortress 2\" and call it tf_[language you wish to use]
3. Put the files from the .rars in the folder.
4. Make sure that you are using the right language in steam or change to it.
5. Launch Team Fortress 2
6. ???
7. PROFIT
:cow:
The adress should look something like this based on that steam is locates under c: \ program \ steam \ and launching TF2 with swedish settings.
"c: \ program \ steam \ steamapps \ a***_o** \ Team fortress 2 \ tf_swedish"
I take no responsibility what so ever if you get arrested, sued or beat down because of this. No guarantees and no responsibility.
