If you play COD2 you can play COD4 also ;)
But i know/understand what you mean ;)
But we had to wait a few weeks, and then??? NEWSGROUPS/ binaries!!! ;) ;) That's all i say ;)
So : DON"T ASK!!!!

Yeah, it will run it, but what looks decent and the minimum requirements are two different things. Also making hacks takes longer considering the time to load maps, how much resources are left for running outside programs, etc.
I hope you're not implying what I think you are by "newsgroups / binaries."

Yeah i know the difference between decent and "poor" playing, and some mem usage for coding ;) (that's why i updated my comp. :q6600 and 8800 XXX GTS and 2 gig mem)
And I didn't say anything, only typing some names from internet using: like FTP or HTTP or TELNET or etc.
So don't ask.. As i stated before, and that's al i say ;)

CoD4 sucks tbh.
There is nothing we have not seen before. The textures on highest settings look last gen. Im on NV8800 GTX too. The NPC models still clip through walls lmao, and their AI is still very predictable(reminds me of vCoD). Maps are poorly optimised and FPS fluctuate a lot. There will be a lot of fanbois that will scream at me for this, but when I looked at the game for what it actually is, and not what it is being marketed as, I am glad I did not buy my new PC for this game.
Roll on Crysis a true next gen PC game.

Keep in mind that there is a huge fighting between M$ and game studios about using DX10 or DX9.
Crysis indeed is the only game that is using DX10, but how many can actually play it? Only those with vista, although there is a way to install DX10 in XP.
Now if 90% of the windows users are still on XP, which means DX9, why Activision should be bothered to create a game in DX10 completely? Noone will buy it.

I couldn't agree more with what you have said. Even though Ive been mad enough to fork out the expense, allow myself to be manipulated by MS and the rest of it, I still beleive this game will own. MS will have to release backwards compatibility/cross platform sooner or later or as you have said it will nullify its true potential and users will just ignore it and developers will have a product to put to publishers that can not feasibly gross its required target( making the game dev in dx10 a risk).Publishers do not like risk full stop, so something has got to give. If MS seriously believe that MS are popular enough to continue down this route then I will be forced to post that they have dissapeared up their own anal cavity on their site a few hundred times hehe. God damn somone make opengl geometry shaders!!.
on a side note, here is a list of games confirmed dx10.

I could have sworn Jericho was too but its not listed.

Lol you have set me off now. I’ve noticed a growing trend of publishers wanting games on consoles first PC later due to the reduction in testing and knowing exactly what they have to deal with hardware wise. This is also supported via Mintel (marketing intelligence reports), more and more funding is going towards console game development (the gross revenue is astronomical on consoles) rather than PC dev like it used to be. This is a forced trend from a few elements combined. With consoles the publishers know exactly what to expect from the dev team and they can gauge the milestones easier. General console dev is much faster than PC dev. With engine prices being so damn high nowadays (some costing millions) the dev teams need to produce a product that can demonstrate it will indeed return the publishers investment plus profit. On PC’s this is becoming much harder (pc games being priced lower etc). It’s a bit of a no brainer if you are in it for the money tbh, and lets be honest the financial return is all a publisher cares about. I was told in a presentation by a game studio that has recently switch from Nintendo to MGS that it is theoretically possible to patch the xbox360 via live to run dx10 stuff, alas they would not give me anymore details when I asked them to be more specific.

this is why i got turned off of PC gaming and went to console gaming, with a console, you dont have to keep buying new parts to keep up with this new stuff that developers create. That and you're just wasting lots of hardware potential, a GeForce 7 series card still isnt at its full potential and NVidia is already making geforce 9.

Yea since Nvidia and ATi was pushed by M$ to do so. You see Bill's company is about to introduce DX10.1, which will not be supported by this GFX card generation.
I've been thinking of switching completely to console gaming, XBOX360 or PS3, get rid of M$'s Windows and switch completely to linux, since gaming is the only real reason for me to use Windows.
*This has gone a bit off topic, but it is okay i guess...

Stand 1 in spot enable wallhack and there you go, you can shoot and see through walls at the same time.
But i sure don't hope i see any hackers on the game it gets annoying when its firstly released something and you have like 20 people already hacking.
I think i might just be in it for the single player, and i haven't even ordered it yet :O

This is good how everyone can run a point server.......
Anyone got a server side point hack yet? :P
liquidlab
11th November 2007, 00:43
anyway points are clientside :P
check your mpdata in your profiles folder :P
And here's are the value you need to look for for the Points/XP/Kills/Deaths
XP: CBF0E68
Points: CBF0E6C
Kills: CBF0E70
Deaths: CBF0E78
Points/Kills/Deaths will update after you play a round in a server XP update automatically, so if you wanna rank up faster just do the trick mentionned above in the topic.

I've done the ranking up part but what about those 3? I mean, with ranking up, I have to add my current XP + needed XP - 1... but what about these 3? How do add points, kills, etc.?
More info, please? Thanks...

It was a joke, lighten up.
And I hardly doubt you ranked to lvl 55 legitimately.
If you did,... you really need to get out more. The world is bigger then your computer room.
