Is jMS currently hackable?

So I've asked nicely, I've done some research, and basically the answers I've gotten are "We don't know."
I really do appreciate the honestly, genuinely, but isn't there someone out there who does know?
Is anybody working on a jMS bypass?
If a 1083+ UCE is released will jMS be hackable?
