Hacks And Low Fps..

Im Playing CZ And I Always Have Low Fps.. ONLY WITH HACKS!!

i have graphic card nvidia 8500gt 512mb...

whem i play with no hacks my fps is 100..
with hacks my fps is 30-50 wtf?! O.O

i do format... i tired alot of hacks

furiousp,fighterfx,ecc...and more

and all do me low fps

whyY?! =[

and i switch my graphic card to 7300gt and still low fps.
