is there a way to use admin commands on SA-MP without being an admin?

Personally I've never played SAMP (big fan of GTA though, SA is great, used to play VCMP), but I highly doubt there is a way to use admin accounts without being admin, and without hacking the server. Reason I say that is because hacking the server would be illegal, and therefore would be against MPC rules to even discuss.
