Map Making

I'm sure this isn't relevant to the forum, but there are alot of people here who are good with photoshop editing and what not. Was wondering if they are going to release a map maker for TF2 and if so when abouts? Looked around google and found it hasn't been released yet, but no indication on when it's going to be released. Anyone have any idea when and where?

There's already a map editor. It's in the Source SDK called Hammer.
