Renegade ammo & healt trainer for single player

Hi I'm a newby looking for a trainer for Renegade version 1.037 for single player mode.
I search the web and found about the cheat console pressing ~ to enable it and then commands like "allguns" or "renegade for god mode.
but it simple does not recognize the commands.....
