Well, I use to use Tsearch it for sv_cheats 1, r_drawviewmodels 0, mat_fullbrights 1 and etc.
Everything was fine for a week or two and then suddenly I got banned by VAC.
The thing is that VAC can detect cheats and ban you for them after 1 week up to 3 weeks. Even if you haven’t use cheats for a week before get banned. What I’m saying that if you using cheats on a moment and happy that you not banned yet it does not mean that VAC not detect it, VAC just delay time before ban.
And be very careful to use game console cheats on sv_cheats 0 servers! I don’t know about Wallhacks and aimbots but all console cheats are 99% detectable.
(All VAC bans are permanent - Valve has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating.)
F*&@! Valve

How do I use Tsearch to turn sv_pure to 0 all the time?
I use a cafe account, so VAC isn't a problem.
