Flaming = Basically ruining someones day with text abuse
Example: someone asks a question
Flamer: Go to hell you stupid newbie

Spamming = Useless amounts of posting.
Example: there's a thread about cs

Post #1: Yeah CS is always fun
Post #2: It's wonderful
Post #3: Do you play CS?

To report People click on Report Post on the post that they have violated the rules and provide a brief description of the violation...

Downloading Data means getting it from somewhere in plain english..

Uploading Data means sending it somewhere..

First off, you can use colors in your signatures but only using the [color=] tag, Moderators and above have other special codes which are not for regular users. Secondly to quote what people say, find their post and then under it you will see the button "quote" click it. It will start off a reply quoting that and ending with whatver you would like it to say.

well, up till now, you've probably been using the quick reply box at the bottom of the posts. Click the post a reply and you will see a lot of additional things, you will see, color, bold, etc etc, all of those things may be used in your signature.

Code leaves whitespace in things you type, so if I were to give an example of a program or something it could be indented properly when posting it here.

pirated software is almost the same as warez, just a different word for it, hacker programs are programs to help people hack into computers, such as port scanners, etc.
