Proxy for MSEA

Hi! Looking on a plenty of sites and tried nearly every proxy i found. I live in Sweden, and i want to play MSEA via a proxy - please help me! :/

I have Ubuntu 7.10, it maybe able to host a VPN.
If you need i can try to make.
But not 24/7.
