ESP giving me some really messed up textures

I have tried running it before the game starts, during the game but it doesn't seem to matter. The ESP will work for about 2 minutes before textures change and player models disappear. I am using the ESP with Gir's material hack, if it has anything to do with that. If anyone else has this problem, please reply as to how you may or may not have fixed it. I'll post some screenshots later if no one replies.

what esp? if u mean mine, the esp doesnt modify textures or something like this. so the problem is not my esp

However, hiimchris, the esp indeed shouldn't have anything to do with that problem, how about trying to use only one of the cheats separately?
