Vac question

I know its not patched now but it might be in the future, so my question is this, im currently using gordon's ESP hack? and so if VAC updates without me knowing, and i go into a game with it, will i be banned immediately? or will they just tell me hack detected and kick me out without banning? something like GameGuard

Uhm, VAC uses a delay ban system.

If you get caught using a detected cheat then you will be flagged as a cheater, and not until later after a few weeks see that your account was banned.
