Press and Hold spacebar or whatever your jump key is and you will rise as high as you want, the longer you hold spacebar down the higher you will go. You will also go faster on the ground, it acts as a slow speed. It will speed you up enough to notice, espeically when you are goin down small hills. There is no hotkey for this cause it acts as your jump. Its Called fly/jump because when you are way the hell up in the air and let go of spacebar you slowly float down while still moving forward.
