[Request]Very small cheat.

Hello!
I'm interested if some one could make a very small cheat that includes only the following things:

* No Spread
* No Recoil
* Auto Pistol
*And to turn them on and off
Could any one please be so kind to make the cheat ?

Or if some one would show me how to extract the cheats and that remove what I need and than make an exe again.
