any way to turn on sv_cheats?

any EXTERNAL way to turn on sv_cheats so it doesnt say that you ever turned it on for achievements?

try console:
achievements_unlock_all
unlock_achievements_all
im not sure....
just try it!
1 of these commands (or mabye a bit diffrent...) will unlock all archievements :)
