can someone help with enchant hack? pls very much

I can not givve you a hack but I am sure that I will help you a little saying you this: There is NO hack OR bug in enchanting weapons! (in private servers it may be a bug for enchanting weapons cheap or with one scroll) but there is NO hack or bug for raising the success level of an enchant! that is 100% true not even lagg is true the fact that many believe that they succeded their overenchant because the server lagged at that moment is just a coincdence, I mean theyll had the same result if the server wasnt lagging everyone who has basic knowlege of networks, servers and C++ can support my sayings.
