Revemu Help!!!

I set up revemu the other day and im on the iro sakray server and when i start up the program, it loads up everything then doesnt do anything... Like it doesnt show my user walking or even the little dot, Nothing hapens. Does anyone know what to do? i got my options below, if that helps, Thanks a lot....
