funny things in ready room

i've seen people do kool things in the ready room except they dont tell anyone how they are doing it. i wanna look like im dancing :D can anyone tell me how? some one said pitchdown but i do not know what that means

edit: can you deelete one of these, it said docould not connect to server so i refreshed and 2 threads popped up whoops

You open console, type
cl_pitchdown 10000
and
cl_pitchup 10000

this then amkes it so you can do a full rotation up and down.. full 360 degrees
