Reading the readme would help alot... telling what version you are using also would.

Anyways;

For the "names on characters" do: /n_esp 0 in console.
For the "glow" do /n_glow 0 in console

To open the console press ~ (When looking to your keyboard its on the left side of the 1 button)

If the console gives an error replace the "/n_" for "/thz_"
