how do i create a game for myself

If your english isn't very good, I dont think anyone can help translate the whole thread for you.

I would suggest you go surf and find a forum with information in a language suitable for you.

PS: And I dont think you can 'save' your character, from other Private servers, or iRO into your server, but you can recreate your character, of course. Since it is your own server.
