How come my Universal Crosshair laggs? kinda like flashes every 2 milliseconds..

Yes it's kind of a graphic "Hack", It makes a smaller crosshair inside the default one.. like a crosshair which is actually a cross, like this +

It's not just you, universal crosshairs tend to flicker in any game on any computer. I haven't seen anyone release a universal crosshair that didn't flicker.
