as i see there are many topics created by new registred members (who are mostly noobs & leechers),i get just a little bit enraged
so my suggestion or offer to u is an change in the settings of the forum
for example:
new registred ppl must write 50 post to open their own topics

with this new "add-on" there will be less absurd topics like "NEED HAXX, I AM A NOOB" or "PLS HELP ME"...

correct me if i am wrong

but as i see ur comments to such topics like this "**** off please." (i wont say who said this xD but its clearly known), i thought it would be better to prevent more useless topics

anyways this was only a offer, surely the admins/mods must discuss this

What about Screen. and his awesome release? aren't you thankful that your suggested rule is not applied yet? :tired:

my offer with the 50 posts condition was the first idea which take my mind

they shell look for an better idea to solve this problem

hmmm... new idea

the admins/mods can ban ppl who are creating useless spam topics just like this
and if the people who have get banned once with the first acc and wanna do the same shit with another account, they can get permanent banned (IP-Bann)
is this doable?

Believe me when I say that MPC has tried everything; been here going on five years. You're not the first one to suggest those things - in one form or another. And, they'll always either fail in removing spammers/n00bheads/wankers/whatever and create another problem or succeed in killing off a forum.
