COD5 - online mappack buying from europe

Hi, everybody!

Does enybody know and could help - I`ve recently bought original PS3 COD5, I can play online but I can`t buy mappacks online from PlayStation Network & Activision. I live in Zagreb, Croatia. I heard that one can do something with IP address to be able to buy online but it is a bit stupid since I bought it legaly so I think I deserve some rights.

Anybody, plz help?
