potential scammer (XileRO PK server)

hello, one day i was walking when a guy called GM Genesis whispered, he asked a question and i got it right, but he asks me to "verify" my account, and he requests my id and password. Is this guy a real game master or a scammer?

note: i have a screen shot, but i don't know how to post it (please tell me how)

The simple answer will be NO. A GM will never ask in-game for a users details; in the same way a bank will never send an e mail asking you to log on. This guy was a scammer. Well spotted and hopefully you never gave him your details.
