Well this may have been repeated multiple times but hey if nobody repeated topics the forum would probably loose a lot of members.

The title says it all basically, my AR line up is as follows:

AK-47 > M16 > M14 > M4 > MP44 > G36c > G3

AK-47 can't be beaten for power really unless compared to the ability of one shot kills with the M16 (which is less reliable than many make out IMO) and I love the M14 for its semi-sniper status, with RDS it is awesome.

The M4 used to be a favorite of mine as its got low recoil and is easy to aim and control especially with the RDS, eventually I swapped it for the AK-47 after adjusting to the new recoil in search of better power. The MP44 I am somewhat impartial to, if im sniping and see it on the ground its 50/50 whether or not i'd trade my pistol for it, it's got a nice power and the iron sights aren't too bad but it has too slow a fire rate for me. The G36c just feels all wrong to me, too puny and the iron sights are atrocious which is a shame because I like sliencing my ARs quite a lot. As for the G3... can't stand the thing, I love the M14 because I know that I can take a guy down with two well aimed shots but the G3 simply won't work for me, plus its probably the worst looking AR of the lot. I know a lot of people love the G3 though so i'll try not to diss it too much ;)

So what is everyone's favorite and loathed assault rifles?

Same, I would say the Ak47 as well. It's got awesome power and penetration. only thing I dont like about it is has a high recoil. Still everything else makes up for that easy. Then I would say M4 would be my second favorite.

The AK47 has a significantly shorter max effective range compared to the AR-colt series
from M4s to all M16s
the M16A2 service rifle has an excellent max range of up to 600 yards, has a great cyclic rate of fire and the buffer stock prevents unnecessarily high recoil.
the M16A4 has better improvements on the rear sight assembly, better bore-spiral for a more well aimed shot compared to the A2 (as far as I've seen)
the M4... I am highly disappointed by it's oddity of accuracy and damage. unless you are using a SS109 5.56x45mm HP, you won't cause the damage needed to take down the target. It's extremely small and awkward to carry. Any equipment attachments like a AN/PVQ31A/B would make it awkward to look through.

As far as I can say
M16A4, AK-47 (power), M16A2, M14DMR, AK-74, G3, M4.

side-note: the G3 looks unnecessary because of all it's random attachments... I've seen the german military carry it, and I wonder why it has to look so bad ass.
