creator BOT ( auto fcp for guild)

ive been wandering why when i open my bot(creator) when some of guild mates
is near my creator , my creator wont stop using full chemical protection,this is what is written in my config.txt,,ive been searching for config for this but i realy cant find it in all the RO forum i know,,i hope i might find some clue here.. thnx
