Useful hack commands

Lets say a hack has cvar bypass and Sv_cheats bypass. What kind of cool commands could be used with these. I found a cvar list but I dunno exactly what ones would be useful for hacking with the above^

I thought you could only use 'client sided cheats' or something. Which of those can actually be used with an sv_cheats bypass to give you an advantage?
