Bright Player Skins

Hi everyone,

Does anyone one know where to get hold of a set of brightly coloured player skins? Not chams, and i don't want a multi-hack or anything.

Just bright player skins, so i can pick the opposing team out easily and its not PB ban-able.

Any help, pointers in the right direction or input will be greatly appreciated. Might even throw in a cd-key for anyone who can help.

Searched the forums and google to no avail.

Ive been searching for the same thing myself.. but with no look.. I cant even find any cool gun or skin mods that are normal letalone bright skinned... if sum1 knows how to make skins surely adding a bright green or red texture wouldnt be difficult?? I wonder what program you use to make skins.. or if you just convert the texture to a certain file
