giving rangers burtons timed charges

i have edited commandbutton.ini, specialpower.ini, and bunch of other crap,
but i cant seem to enable rangers to use burtons timed demo charge attack...
why cant i do this?

nope that doesnt work, it gives the rangers the buttons, but it wont let you use the attack...

Yes because its a specialpower, you cant use it for other units. look it up in ur commandbutton.ini maybe it says something in there about only burton use or else you look specialpower.ini but u cant change that
