Site is down for legal issues (xxxxl), hope to have them resolved soon enough. Should have site complient by this friday.
Will be suspending our Ensemble Studios related products.
After many years of multiplayer gaming this was the only site that ever had any working cheats for AoE series & Aom multiplayer (other then basic maphack for first AoE). Many people have used these, too many people were getting them lately, and we have descided enough is enough. Multiplayer experience is not fun with every other game someone cheats you.
We will be bring back our first person shooter related products. Though.

company. Ensemble Studios products are among their most valuable
asset
and must be protected against infringements and disturbance, or
unauthorized uses. This is a formal demand from our clients (Ensemble
Studios) that you cease and desist your infringing activities in
relation to your ownership , hosting services and legal conventional
hosting of the above referenced domain name.
It has come to Ensemble Studios attention that you have allocated this
domain name on your servers, as referenced above. Registration and use
of this domain will cause public damage to Ensemble Studios products.
The products you?re selling are not authorized nor condoned by
Ensemble
Studios, nor otherwise associated with our client.
Your unauthorized registration and/or use of the products issued on
the
domains, is in violation of several international state and federal
laws, including but not limited to:
1.Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, under section 43(d) of
the
Lanham Act 15 U.S.C 1125(d). Bad faith intent to profit from the
registration increases the statutory liability for damages up to
$100,000.
2.Both International and federal trademark and false advertising laws
are being violated by your conduct. Under the Federal Trademark
Statute, Lanham Act section 43(a), 15 U.S.C , 1125(a), penalties for
your violation of our clients may include (a) all damages sustained by
our client, including lost sales, (b) all profits made as a result of
the infringement, (c) treble damages due to nature of the conduct and
(d) attorneys? fees and costs of any lawsuit against you.
3.Dilution laws under state and federal statues are also being
violated
by the tarnishing and/or blurring effect your conduct is having on our
client?s famous name and product. Federal Dilution Act of 1995,
Lanham
Action section 43(c), 15 U.S.C. 1125 (c).
4.Under applicable state unfair competition laws, punitive damages may
also be accessed against you for your intentional conduct. See
Cal.Bus.&Prof.Code 17200 et seq.
5.Misappropriation of our client?s right of publicity by the
commercial
destruction of the clients products without authorized consent See
Cal.Civ.Code 3344.
In addition to the various damages discussed above, our client may
also
be entitled to a temporary restraining order , preliminary injunction
,
and permanent injunction against your conduct under applicable
International and federal laws.
Again, this is a formal demand from our client that you cease acts of
producing and displaying illegal products , of software damaging their
right to success. Our client further demands that you permanently
refrain from indulging in this criminal activity of causing
destruction
to my clients products, either on the internet or any other matter.
Unless we receive the above request and completed by 21/07/2003

GMT, stated as: Removal of all damaging software , and the halt of the
stated domain name, myself and my client will pursue legal action to
the
full extent. We look forward and hope you come to a prompt
