Is it possible to modify the file that contains what your enemy looks like? I want to make it so all the E look like people i dont like. Is that possible at all?

it is possible but when you go to multiplayer and its been awhile so I an referencing this based on other unreal engine mods (not the standard ut2003 game files it shipped with) you would get a mismatch error (in america's army).
