INI's are there to be edited, as repeatedly stated by Dev's..
In User.ini, next to '2' there is the following:
2=GrenadeFrag
If you want to make it say "I'm throwing a nade!" or something similar, you would simply change it to this:
2=GrenadeFrag | TeamSay "I'm throwing a nade!"

How do you do it with shouted, radio and squad messages? (Hooah, Roger, Negative)

another way to do this is simply by opening the console in or out of game and typing:
bind X TeamSay <what you want to say>
(Where X is the key u want to bind)
Example:
Bind Delete TeamSay Grabbing a Frag!
if u visit the aa forums, the have a thread about commands, where it goes deaper into the subject

Ok I have found all the keys and commands that I need!
I think it is more easy than what you told me Smokey.
- Handsignal= | commohand | commosendmessage X |
- Shout= | commoshout | commosendmessage X |
X must be the number which, message you want send. If it is "Hooah" you need to
fill in 18. (because there are 3 menu's and each has 9. DUHH!! :p)
It's that simple!
(You can find everything in User.ini file!)

the best idea is to get a commopack and then get used to it and then customize it to your likiengs. if you understand the way they work well enough, then try to make your own. the reason i say this is because some things are complicated and commopack makers normally understand them very well.

I think I have seen a guy in the game who had a commopack. Because every key that he hit, there was kinda text behind from who made it or something!
And other guy came in the game and sayd something like....keybindings, than program name and the version. (Like he was starting that program)
So I think you need to make it by yourself. That is funny and you learn how it works!
