Open Gl Hack please

could someone make an opengl hack where I can switch on and off ESP please. I am disabled and find it to use both arms. Thx

I'm working on one, so far it's got a fully functional textured menu, now I just need to do the hack part.

No offense but its more curiosity than anything.. If you cannot do the alt + arrowkeys menu... how can you play Call of Duty or any other FPS? Please enlighten my ignorance.

no its ok ... I use a 5 button mouse and use the buttons allocated to do certain functions.... buut taking my hand away to push home and then shift and arrows keys is a pain:(
