I just found a PT Hack (but just Ether Core, Pots and Teleport Hack in one) that works on the new servers... (100%)
I found it from someone in Kazaa.
Ive tested it and it worked.
If someone wants it i would trade it (maybe for account)
But you can trust me that it works 100% and im going to send the file first before you give me your account.
The Hack is a Ether Core, Potion Hack (maybe works?) and a teleport hack.

Some of the olf korean hacks worked on the english version of PT so I think the new ones should be the same.

there is a program called artmoney advailable from www.artmoney.ru
it can change the values of a program you have running.
i have already tried it wiht other MMORPGs but only been able to change the client sided values
if someone can tell me how to minimize PT whilst playing it i might be able to make a hack
the only problem i can think of with using artmoney is the same with a lot of online games. because you are connected to a remote sever the values are only changed in your client this means that it looks on your screen like you have high skills or lots of gold but the server does not register the new values.

But for example, if you got 1000 gold and you change the value to 10000. Then you want to trade with someone, and want to buy something that costs 2000 gold. Then you can't enter 2000, can you? Because the maximum is 1000! If that's right, then I can't really see what's the point of using this cheat...

That is entirely client side. It won't work if you play an online game unless the game is shitty or has no variable checking.

Thx, anyways there are 3 things that are most intressting to get working is mainly 1, Do very high damage for easy lvl'ing 2, Get gold maybe by tweaking drop's etc 3, gain alot of experience by tweaking expcounts... (PS and the hidden number 4, make it non-korean or whatever ;)

1 problem is the darn can't minimize future, anyone knows how to bypass this? or do i have to run dualview =/ kinda hard to search memoryprocess and see if they work on the TV =/

It isn't lag, it is server load. On lunar where there are only 2 servers it is bad, kzee has 3, so not quite as bad. Luckily, they are blocking asian countries from english pt soon (why would they play on english servers when the games on the korean and thai servers are so much better?). So hopefully that will help some.... I go late at night and early morning on weekends and weekdays and speed isn't nearly as bad.....

Thats why I have just started playing MU international. It dosent have that same server load lagg that PT does and it looks just as good.

LOL Trade hacks are far from lag bugs, theyre remote trojans that makes someone who downloads a program you send , makes theyre computer accept the trade when you tell it to.... you could for instance say ita a dupeing hack and you need 2 people, thn send the the 'client' but then you tell them to put the items to dupe onto the trade screen, and tell them to push f5, but f5 instead sends an accept trade packet... tadaa, you hti accept and you stole theyre items, then just quickly log off and theyre screwed, log in an hour latter and transfer the items with a friend to your real account.... =PPP free items!!!

Well, Freaktrap, I got trade hacked too a while ago. I accepted a gem ring that someone was giving me (I was noob at that time and didn't know about trade hacks). When I did that I lost all my money. I didn't press a button like f5 (where you were taling about).

No, the exp hack dosent work but the stats hack in it still does, it shows some stats (not sure what they all are) for every monster and player.

Heres the hack and its ok ~nightmare its clean and undetected but its only a a stat hack :(
To work this hack, just extract all the files to your PT directory.

For the exp hack part you had to open Wsock32.ini and find the line "CHANGE IntMonsterExp=" and change that too 50 for a lvl 1-10 and 100 for lvl 10-30.
Problem is I dont thik the exp hack in it works at all anymore.

I've scoured these forums for every last drop of info related to Priston Tale and also INCA nProtect (GameGuard/Mon).

Here's what I've worked out (and applied to various other games to see if I'm doing things right).

Basically, TSearch attaches or hooks itself to the game you wish to patch. With TSearch running, you can monitor the memory address' and find the int's you need to modify (with some trial and error searching). From my experience, this isn't a hard thing.

Priston Tale adopts the use of nProtect. I've tried numerous things to get around it.

1) It seems to prevent you running TSearch locally. Killing the process as the game launches (beyond the start game screen).
2) Whilst in game, it's hard (but not impossible) to minimize the game. This makes it difficult to drop to dekstop and launch a post-startup memory monitor.
3) You can still network TSearch (1.6b) , and launch into the game, but you have to be quick to catch the game process.
nProtect seems to have a background process running whilst in game. So no longer does it do the initial check, but it also _may_ periodically check for process hooked to itself.

In the case of 3), What I did was get into game with TSearch monitoring it. Pure luck I caught the process. Now I forced myself back to the desktop and checked my processes - no PsTale, Game or Priston Tale process. Nor were there any nProtect or INCA utilities running.

I'm assuming they have some "cloaking" mechanism. So unless we can catch the process, we'll be up shit creek.

I do have one idea though, but it may be stupid:

Has anyone tried downgrading nProtect? I've seen numerous tech docs spread over the web that shows it's update calls. They're done via the http protocol. What if you were to downgrade your nProtect and filter throughput to the server (in the form of a local proxy). This way you could send the equivilent of a "no thanks, dont need a new version. Im up to date.", request.

If I'm way off step with my above post, could someone with some experience drop me a PM? I'm not asking for a hacking tutorial, nor am I asking you to give me some hacks. All I ask is if I'm on the right track and is there any info you can give me to help me help you guys?

Faking the nProtect update is an excellent idea.

Update on progress:

I decided not to use any 3rd party resource monitors and wrote my own python implementation.

Basically, it sits and watches the active processes and tells me whats going on every 30 seconds.

I logged into PT, nProtect neither disabled nor caught my script. Currently, nProtect hides it's process id and name from public (not sure how, but it does).

What I discovered was that there is a Game.exe process hidden (procid 2760) and also GameMon.des which I'm assuming is used to check "on the fly" if there's anything nasty going on.

Now I'll try hook the procid and see if nProtect shits itself or lets me get to the task at hand. I have a good feeling it will allow me to do it.

I've yet to try downgrade nProtect (anyone know an old out of date version?) and try that approach.

Update:

Before attempting to hook the game process, I thought I'd try kill off the GameMon.des process.

I can kill it off successfuly, but no sooner is it killed than it is restarted again. I'm assuming the game.exe of gamemon.des contains code to detect it's termination. What I'll try is write a dummy application to be run in conjuction with the process killing. This way I can kill the current GameMon.des process and start my own, perhaps confusing the game into not being bothered by it.

Anyways, off to chomp at it some more.

Update:

Ok, here's my latest in a long line of tests:

I've adapted my python script to:
1) Process Killer Launches and waits 45-50 seconds while you launch PT.
- This prevents nProtect sniffing it out. yes, nProtect catches it if it sees the Process Killer examining the process. When the Process Killer is launched, it gives you time to launch PT and get through the nProtect boot check.
2) Once PT is launched, the Process Killer has kicked in. Every two seconds it hooks and kills the active GameMon.des process. The GameMon.des process is relaunched by nProtect (or game.exe or self), but I don't think it has time to catch the process Killer.

I've yet to find if theres value in this brute force attempt. I've been caught a couple of times with slow boot intervals, but since increasing them - no problem.

What I need to do is run the Process Killer, get into PT, force myself to dekstop, run TSearch and see if it works. I've already exescoped TSearch to give it a different signiture (see if that helps you guys). So step 1, 2 and 3 are done (maybe), just have to get through step 4 before learning how to write up a patch :/

Anyways, some time for actual gaming now. Will try later tonight perhaps.

Don't bother asking me for hacks. I'm doing this for entertainment.

All I am doing, is trying to find a way to circumvent nProtect. After that, it
depends how I feel when I play. If I want to hack it, I'll try, but won't be
writing any patches any time soon.

As an update, I can manage to kill the process for about 15 minutes. In the mean time, I can force my way to dekstop (barely able to do anything since the games redraw ****s things up), and bring up TSearch or Artmoney. I can see the Priston tale process in the list, but after about 10 minutes of struggling with the desktop it disappears.

So what I need to do is write something to get me to desktop and freeze any screen redraws that are attempted or something like that perhaps.

Hi, I got a big problem with my Priston Tale.
I got a lvl 16 mechanician atm. When I want to walk from Ancients Refuge to Castle Of The Lost the load just failes and I get back in windows!

I got this problem with my lvl 26 Archer too (it happened when I was lvl 25, I just couldn't get to Castle Of The Lost, but I had been there before). This was why I created a new account (the mechanician, not only a new character, also a new account), because my mechanician could get to Castle Of The Lost! (very strange, seems that the problem occures on all characters on one account and not because something isn't installed correctly). But today I found out I couldn't get to Castle Of The Lost anymore, very strange, because I was in Ruinen Village and Castle Of The Lost yesterday!

I hope someone knows how to solve this problem! Because I ain't got the intention to level up in Ancients Refuge always! :confused:

That's very very strange, because I thought my account occured the problem because with the first account the problem occured, and on the other it didn't (well, it did, but later on).
By the way, Castle Of The Lost is uuhm, let's say the third part if you count from Ricarten. So, when you leave Ricarten, you go right through the grass, than you go through the desert (Ancients Refuge), and then, when you go more north, you'll come in Castle Of The Lost. And when I load from Ancients Refuge to Castle Of The Lost the load will fail and I get disconnected and get back in windows :(

Guys, I can't hack games worth a flip. I've only been doing this for about two weeks.

I'm working on another game now so I can learn. Once I have a decent, working knowledge of packet assembly, I'll come back to PT and take another shot.

I can kill nProtect, but the process uses a lot of cpu resources (many threads). This will help, but until I'm better at this whole thing, don't expect any hacks from me. Sorry.

well dunno if ur interested or not and if u believe me or not but if u want i can get u the file that makes the nProtect stop scaning the game.exe at the start of the game. the scan will appear as normal but wont really scan the game making u able to hack the game and make cheats for it. if u want that file tell me cause i wont be putting it here unless u want it. and if you do want it and you do intend to hack the game i just ask one thing in return, that u send me the working hack u make.

OK well since there is no such thing as a hack. I found out about something that might slightly help people lvl up if they r priests, or train skills. There is a program called Macro Express and no i dont know how to use it. Even tho i tried it and it didnt work, someone else can give it a shot. It basically records your mouse movements and clicks and keeps repeating them over n over. That way ur prs can dl all day long with you at the mall or chiling with your frineds. But if someone gets this thing working in the game please direct me as to how you got it working thanx.

well about that im not sure, but seems like a normal bot program of some kind. aint easy to do but not impossible if u know wat ur doing. but my guesses here if its a bot then she/he downloaded the program from a jap or chinese site cause they r the only ones that were able to do hacks for it so far but for wat i know their IP's were blocked from the english server. so im not really sure.

well well, remember the little file i was talking about? it "disables" nprotect. my mate has been trying to hack the game and made some progress on it and he used the little file i have it disables the scaning of the exe by nprotect or at least it does for my mate and for the program he did. if u want the program tell me if u want me to post it here or if i should send by msn.

Was it hacked recently? my method dosent work anymore must be something new. Either way getting a hacked account back is like asking to be hacked again.Because they have ur ID most likely. So until Ept fixes the hacking prob just keep low :P.

Heres the hack and its ok ~nightmare its clean and undetected but its only a a stat hack :(
To work this hack, just extract all the files to your PT directory.

For the exp hack part you had to open Wsock32.ini and find the line "CHANGE IntMonsterExp=" and change that too 50 for a lvl 1-10 and 100 for lvl 10-30.
Problem is I dont thik the exp hack in it works at all anymore.

You are joking right? You must not have seen a Fighter with tier 3 yet using lvl 6+ raving.... hits like speed is 15 with axe speed increase..... I saw h/c's dropping like flies for a lvl 45 FS..... that is sick shit..... pike uses all two handed weapons, so it sucks already. KS isn't bad. Mage is much better with tier 3. Prs will still dominate doing rock dl and shit, so no big deal there....

mech with an archer or mage makes a good team they can tank while they range makes a nice party. I normaly party with a mage or archer with my mech and get pretty good xp in oasis or what not

as for skin hacks, does anyone have or know of any? I know theres one floating around that works but I havn't been able to aquire it. There's some kpt ones but they don't work with the current ept version...anway just wondering

If you have no prs, I would say 4 fs + 2 mech is best party there is... The 2 mechs can tank while the fs take out anything attacking them :).

I haven't done much playing around recently, been working a lot.

1) You can skin PT locally. It won't be visible to other players though. All the skins in game are stored as .bmp files. Some are .tga aswell.

Triglow (the developers) adjust the image headers to prevent people changing them. Then, in game, it places the correct headers for the image. Silly, but effective.

I _was_ working on a skinning application for PT, but could never be arsed finishing it. If you'd like to give it a try, you'll need to hex edit each image and place the correct bytes in order to be able to manipulate them. Do a search on .bmp and .tga file structures. A hint is that bmp has the 1st two bytes as 42 4d (or BM).

Some of the files have alpha channels. If you're familiar with photoshop you'll know what I mean. These are a pain and I could never get them 100% correct when changing my client graphics. Trial an error unless you know full well the channel specs.

2) PT utilizes DirectX. When it renders the screen, it renders it as a full screen. I don't know enough about DirectX to explain it any better than: It's a pain in the arse to minimize it. It can be done, but it glitches up constantly.

3) If anyone wishes to get around the nProtect and gamemon.des processes, I wrote something (nasty) that closes it out constantly. It's a simple python "hack".

Just write an app in your favorite language which monitors system (wmi) processes. Pop it on a timer for example. You need adequate time to get into game (beyond server selection) as gamemon.des will catch you out and log you if you kill it prior to being in game.

nProtect assumes that nothing is killing it once you get in game. Before you get in game, if it kills you, it takes you to a .html page saying some crap about there being a "hack" or something on your computer. Hence the timer to let you in.

Then, just have your app constantly kill the gamemon.des process

Footnotes:
Wether constantly killing the process (no sooner than it's started do you kill it. Better yet would be hook to any dll calls to the process and stop it at that point) is of any use I do not know. I'll leave that to the big guys with the skills.

1) They Write a script that needs you to Type in your Account ID and password.
2) They make a button that says connect
3) They put a script on that button that sends the information you have typed in (Account ID and Password) in to a webserver.
4) They get your information and use your account
5) They call a friend, tells him/her... "Hey i stole onother account.. seems to be a 4x and he has a Silver bird and a Slayer, ill give you the SB for free and trade the slayer to my other account"
5) Deals done
7) You go to your account and you see all your items are gone.. Your Cash and every thing is stolen.... your left with no clothes and only your Job Crown

Another meathod is by making a keylogger script on the fake hacking program that automaticly sends the keys typed to an e-mail every 1 hrs (Optional to the scripter in can be every 6 seconds)
this is how:
1) They make a fake program
2) Inputs a Keylogger script
3) Inputs a fake error (Sry you have the wrong version... Etc.. etc...)
4) Makes onother script that makes the program seems like it closes but its running on the backround.
5) They Post the fake hack in this forrum
6) One of you hopeless people downlaod it
7) YOu use the hack
8) 5 min late the hacker retreves the keys youve typed in your Keyboard
9) He acces your account he can do 2 things
a) Trade your shit to a friend
b) Change your password.

Wow someone who is smart... I have a dummy account it's total BS it has no high lvl but i keep some not bad/common items on it just to see if they steal anything. If you don't do this then your not to smart. The hacks are BS they one here on the site work that right WORK. The exp hack does VERY little to the xp you gain but i looked at it for a bit and found that it works fine. it way show you the monsters lvl and xp it gives and then the lvl you have it set to and it's xp. When you kill a skeleton you get 70% of normal XP without hack, but when you kill it with the hack you gain 1000. It also works for when you fight bigger creatures, the game says that it reduces the xp gained because you are so many lvls different then it, but this breaks that and gives you what ever the xp is said to give. Now this may be my bad math skills or i might be right you try it and find out!
